Preparing for a Crisis: Postvention - Where do we go from here?

After experiencing a crisis, what are your next steps?

We will explore strategies and support systems to help schools navigate and recover from crisis.  Participants will gain an understanding of how to find and implement resources to help students, staff, and families. Learning more about ACE's and PACE's, we will discover why these are important for resiliency.  And most importantly, we will consider educator wellness as an integral part of a postvention plan covering stress management, self-care practices, and tools to promote mental and emotional resilience.
