Instructional Strategies to Increase Rigor, Relevance and Relationships

This session is geared to develop the knowledge and skills of teachers in Domain 1: Planning and Preparation and Domain 2: Classroom Instruction  Participants will learn how to ENGAGE the classroom with this exciting and interactive session that models and teaches numerous research-based high yield instructional strategies for both synchronous and asynchronous learning through brain-based activities.  These strategies actively engage ALL students and significantly increase learning.  Participants will leave this session with a bag full of tools that can be implemented in any subject at all levels.  When students are ENGAGED and understand why the learning is important to them, they are MOTIVATED
