These days will provide monthly reminders and updates to ensure successful business service operations for districts. Depending on the time of year, these advisory days will focus on important upcoming tasks for business offices. When appropriate some training may be included as well as reviewing resources and tools to assist with processes throughout the year. In addition, districts will have time to network with other district administrative staff who supervise business operations in their districts.

ESC staff will also provide consultations and technical assistance with tasks being reviewed. Districts are encouraged to bring issues and items they want to review or discuss as a group or in consultation with the ESC staff individually.

We do ask that if you intend to come please contact our support staff at ESC17 at 806-281-5713 so we may keep track of which districts are coming and what times they plan to be at ESC. We also intend to have printers available in case they are needed for the work you are doing.
