Transition Tuesday Power Hour



In this  monthly 1 hour session, participants will learn tips and strategies for transition planning and have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from others.

In this monthly 1 hour session, participants will learn tips and strategies for transition planning and have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from others. This will be a ZOOM meeting offered at 8am and 10am.
