Using Ten-Frames to Build Number Sense
K-2 Math Teachers



During this session, K-2 Math Teachers will gain an understanding of the importance of using ten-frames to help students develop an understanding of addition and subtraction. Starting with the conceptual understanding will help students be successful with the procedural skills of addition & subtraction.

During this engaging, hands-on workshop, math teachers will learn about and have an opportunity to practice:

  • Routines
  • Games
  • Problem-Solving Lessons
