This session is Day One of the five day required training for Texas teachers of gifted students.

In this session, participants will learn about the nature and needs of the gifted/talented learner. This five day, 30-hour training series designed to qualify teachers to work with GT students, according to the Texas State Plan for Gifted and Talented, Section 3.10, 5.10
