CACFP Meal Pattern - Whole Grain Rich (Live, Online)



In the CACFP, at least one offering of grains per day must be whole grain-rich for children and adults. Any one of six methods may be used to determine if a grain product meets the whole grain-rich criteria. This workshop provides information about the whole grain-rich requirement, the six methods that may be used to determine if a grain product meets the whole grain-rich criteria, and the required supporting documentation.
