Transition Tuesday

Join in this monthly 1 hour session! Participants will learn tips and strategies for transition planning and have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from others. Guest speakers from local agencies will discuss resources. You pick the time that is best for your schedule.

Sessions are from 8am-9am, OR 12pm- 1pm, OR 3pm-4pm

Important Session Information:

In this monthly 1 hour session, participants will learn tips and strategies for transition planning and have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from others. This will be a ZOOM meeting offered at 8am, and 10am
