Empowering Student Success: Collaborative Strategies for Teachers and Paras in Fostering Supportive Learning Environments
Olton ISD



This workshop will establish the groundwork for fostering learning environments centered around the creation of student learning opportunities and achievement. Through collaborative efforts and application of best practices, participants learn to leverage their combined strengths to create a cohesive and effective support system for students.

Workshop highlights:

  • Roles and Responsibilities Clarity: gain understanding or specific roles and responsibilities of both teachers and paraprofessionals in promoting postive learning environments.
  • Build Strong Relationships: explore the role of building meaningful relationships in nurturing student growth and achievement.
  • Coaching for Success: acquire practical coaching strategies aimes at empowering both teachers and paraprofessionals to amplify student learning opportunities.
