Buechler, a partner at Buechler & Associates, which exclusively practices school law.  She has practiced disabilities law for over 30 years, & formerly served as a Hearings Examiner & Assistant General Counsel for TEA.  She is a frequent expert speaker, and is also the CEO, Co-founder & Director of the National Educators Law Institute (NELI).

This session will focus on 504 processes, best practices and procedures along with highlighting legislative updates & judicial decisions relating to 504 services.
