Mediterranean Cuisine-Culinary Skill Development for Culinary Teachers



Region 17 and South Plains College Culinary Arts Program are hosting the following workshop for culinary arts teachers.

9:00AM – 12:30PM: Mediterranean Diet Nutritional Benefits (Lecture), Composition and Methodology of classic Pita Bread and Tabbouleh Salad (Hands on Skill)

12:30PM – 4:00PM: Composition and Methodology of Spanakopita, Tzatziki sauce, and Mediterranean Marinades for Vegetable and Chicken Kebab (Hands on Skill)
