ASCENDER Business: Budget and Next Year Payroll



This workshop will review the processing to prepare Budget and Next Year Payroll for building budgets and salaries for the 2023-24 school year. There will be one workshop for all ASCENDER users. Presenters will highlight areas where districts with a July fiscal year start or districts who pay first payrolls before September should process differently. This will be helpful to new users and experienced users to review the processes in ASCENDER to prepare both Budget and Next Year Payroll. It will also provide helpful review of various ways to maintain and update files as you work through the budget process to adopting a final budget.
