Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program Management Series
Day 3



This multi-part series will be an, interactive overview of the duties of a CTE Administrator or department head and the overall management of a robust Career and Technical Education program at the district level. In each session we will review such topics as state and federal laws and guidelines, the SAAH (Student Attendance Accounting Handbook), funding basics for CTE on the state and federal side, a CTE Administrator’s calendar for the year, CTE staff and teaching credentials (what you need to know and watch out for), career clusters, Programs of Study, the foundation high school plan and endorsements, student industry certifications, business advisory councils and partnerships, CTSOs, and much more.

Important Session Information:


Day 3 will focus on CTE Program Design and the use of data in making CTE program decisions.
