TEKS Resource System 101
Reading Language Arts (Wilson ISD)



This PD is an introduction or re-introduciton to the TEKS Resource System, its components, its purpose, and its navigation.

Important Session Information:


RLA Teachers of Wilson ISD will be taken through the components and resources of the TEKS Resource System.

Questions to be answered:

  • How is the Scope and Sequence (YAG) organized?
  • What is an IFD and what does it do for my instructional planning?
  • Are there test questions (fomative and summative) in the TEKS RS?
  • How do I align to what is being taught in Social Studies and Science?
  • Can I teach the content in my style?
