Preparing for a Crisis: Best Practices for Schools

While it certainly isn’t possible to plan for every crisis, having a process to guide a school is imperative.  We will dive into how to define a crisis, how it can affect students, staff and families, and what is the role of a crisis team.  Discussing different crisis scenarios, we will review best practices and consider how communication is critical to address needs as they arise.
