With STAAR 2.0 requiring all RLA Students to write Extended Constructed Responses, it is vital that we prepare our students for these types of assessment items.
In this workshop educators will be taken through several aspects of the constructed responses:
- Example Prompts: We will break down the prompts into the components we need to teach.
- Example Responses: We will analyze these for strengths, weaknesses, structure, and teaching opportunities.
- Strategies for including the process in classroom instruction.
