With STAAR 2.0 requiring students from 3rd Grade and up to write Short Constructed Responses and Extended Constructed Responses in Science, Social Studies, and RLA, it is vital that we prepare our students for these types of assessment items.
In this workshop educators will be taken through several aspects of the constructed responses:
- Example Prompts: We will break down the prompts into the components we need to teach.
- Example Responses: We will analyze these for strengths, weaknesses, structure, and teaching opportunities.
