Communication may be our life’s work, but difficult conversations are still DIFFICULT!  With other tasks and stressors vying for our limited time and resources, it is easy to put off having a difficult conversation in the hopes that the problem will go away. Unfortunately, the longer we avoid hard conversations, the larger the problem becomes.  This presentation will provide a solution-oriented, step-by-step approach to starting and managing difficult conversations.  Imagine a workplace with less stress, increased trust, and better outcomes for everyone.
