BIM Teacher Professional Development Microsoft Excel MOS Associate (MO-200) Certification Training and Exam



Region 17 and South Plains College BA/CIS program is hosting a 2 day workshop for High School Teachers that will include training, GMetrix practice, and testing in Excel MOS Associate Exam (MO-200) Certification.

Thursday, June 9th: Best practices for teaching and assisting students in taking and passing the Excel MOS certification exam. Teachers will be introduced to GMetrix practice software, which can be accessed at home, to practice for MOS Certification test the next week. 

Thursday, June 16th: 1) Review of previous week’s main themes/summary. 2) Q/A Session. 3) High School teachers take the Excel MOS certification exam. 

Upon successful completion of the workshop, teachers will have a better understanding of what students need to focus on when students take the Excel MOS certification exam.

Thursday, June 9th, & Thursday, June 16th TIME: 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM…all with working lunch provided.

Location: SPC Lubbock Center, 3907 Avenue Q - Computer Lab LBC113.
