Sheltered Instruction Practices for English Learners

Participants will learn components of Sheltered Instruction that can be implemented in order to improve instructional delivery and support content understanding and language development for English Learners. 

Important Session Information:


In this session, participants will learn in depth the four main components of the SIOP Model: Lesson Preparation, Comprehensible Input, Strategies, and Practice and Application. These components will support teachers as they look to improve instructional delivery and support content understanding and language development for English Learners.
