Principal appraisers will gain a practical understanding of T-PESS and the connections between research-based leadership responsibilities and the T-PESS process. There will be a focus on the essential considerations for implementing T-PESS with fidelity in your school district using the updated 2020 rubric that meets the requirements of the Commissioner’s recommended principal appraisal system in accordance with Texas Education Code (TEC) 21.2541. Upon completion of this training, participants will receive their T-PESS Appraiser Certification.
