Participants will learn the skills and methodology behind bread baking, scratch pasta, and select sauces from around the world. South Plains College’s Chef Instructors will guide hands-on skill development and lecture. Participants will eat what they have made and will have an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the workshop. They will leave with the recipes executed and the PowerPoint notes for their reference.
