Artisan Breads & International Cuisine



Participants will learn the skills and methodology behind bread baking, scratch pasta, and select sauces from around the world. South Plains College’s Chef Instructors will guide hands-on skill development and lecture. Participants will eat what they have made and will have an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the workshop. They will leave with the recipes executed and the PowerPoint notes for their reference. 

 

This session will be held at the South Plains College Lubbock Center located at3907 Avenue Q, Lubbock.

 


Important Session Information:


Participants will be asked to wear face coverings during the workshop except for when eating and drinking.
