Linking Assessment Results to Intervention: An X-BASS Update and Introduction to the New Intervention Library

This virtual presentation provides case study excerpts that utilize all new features of X-BASS v2.3.  Participants will receive examples of how to write up the results of a PSW analysis when the data support and fail to support SLD within the context of all data sources.

Next, to facilitate the process of linking assessment findings to interventions, a new tool will be introduced called, Intervention Library: Finding Interventions and Resources for Students and Teachers (IL:FIRST®).  A wide variety of interventions are included in each of these categories to address a student’s unique learning needs across 10 cognitive abilities and processes and the eight academic areas listed in IDEA. Participants will be shown how to utilize filters included in the library to assist in finding interventions that are tailored to the student’s unique learning needs.

Presenter: Dr. Dawn Flanagan

Registered participants will receive a Zoom link prior to the workshop.
