This course will cover current drug trends being encountered in West Texas by members of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force (HIDTA). This course will cover the emerging threat of Hybrid Gangs being encountered by the Lubbock Texas Anti-Gang Center. The majority of these members are high school students. This course will cover current trends in Human Trafficking. This course will give educators warning signs to look for to assist in identifying victims of human trafficking.
