T-TESS Calibration (A Support for Texas Incentive Allotment Planning)

This training will provide your instructional leaders with a chance to evaluate current appraisal calibration and practice toward intentional evaluation alignment.

Calibrating teacher evaluation is critical for the application and implementation processes of the Teacher Incentive Allotment, so this training is provided as a support for that work.
