Authentic Inclusion for Students with Complex Needs: It Looks Like This
[Virtual Session] Including Students with Multiple and Significant Disabilities in Gen Ed Settings

Information and examples for authentically including students with complex needs in gen ed settings.

Important Session Information:

Including students with complex needs in general education settings does not happen by chance.  Participants will learn why and how, and what it looks like, to provide experiences of authentic inclusion in any general education setting.  Gen ed and special ed teachers, as well as paraprofessionals, would benefit from this session as we look at effective inclusion strategies that make inclusion authentic to the student with complex needs... and his or her peers.

T-TESS/T-PESS:
Dimension 2.4: Differentiation, Dimension 3.1: Classroom Environment, Routines and Procedures, Dimension 3.3: Classroom Culture, Dimension 4.3: Professional Development
