E3 Alliances Instructional Leadership and Tier 1 Instruction is a one-day workshop for district and campus leaders that includes a deep study and development of systems to improve Tier 1 Instruction. They will understand and develop Systems for Instructional Leadership that focus on Curriculum, Assessment, Teacher Collaboration and Classroom Instruction.

Participants will:

  • Reflect on professional focus and time management 
  • Learn how Instructional Leadership Systems can be leveraged to benefit all students
  • Develop educator capacity by exploring differentiated support for teachers
