The Gifted and Talented Contact meetings offer an opportunity for district G/T coordinators, G/T directors, curriculum directors, and other interested educators to discuss important issues and concerns related to services for gifted students. Topics for discussion will focus on the needs of Region 17 schools and important updates from the state. Participants will have opportunities to network with colleagues who share their work and concerns.

On September 22nd, join Greg Reeves with his special guest, Monica Brewer, Texas Education Agency Statewide Coordinator for Gifted/Talented Education, as they discuss Gifted and Talented changes and initiatives and their affect on Region 17 for the 2020-2021 school year.

This session will be held via ZOOM, and you will receive two hours of G/T update credit. Once you register, you will be sent a link to attend in your confirmation email.
