AAC User Group



Augmentative and Alternative Communication is a complex field, requiring extensive knowledge and skill in a variety of elements. These specialized skills require ongoing training, review of research, and support. This group is an effort to develop an AAC support community for problem solving and networking.


Important Session Information:


This session will focus on using the AAC “tools” of the classroom, so bring your own communication tool (or core boards will be provided) and the strategy of modeling will be addressed in a safe environment. Other time will be devoted to questions, problem solving and group interaction.
