  • This portion of the series will cover strategies for developing a bid evaluation process, contract development and award, and managing your awarded contract.

         Learning Outcomes Include:

    • Identify the required components of a contract
    • Create a checklist for managing contracts

 

Recommended pre-requisite: CACFP Procurement Series, Session 1 of 4: Forecasting and Scheduling based on Cycle Menus; CACFP Procurement Series, Session 2 of 4: Procurement Methods and Plans; and CACFP Procurement Series,  Session 3 of 4: Specifications and Solicitations
