Specially Designed Instruction

When students qualify for special education services and have an IEP to help him/her master goals and objectives, classroom instruction should look different for these students.  Specially designed instruction should go beyond differentiation to address the unique needs that exist because of a disability.

In this session, participants will explore specially designed instruction and various tools that a student may need to access and progress in the general curriculum.
