Reading Stations to Reading Workshops
Secondary ELAR

Grades 6-12 Reading.  How to use reading workshops in your classrooms.

Important Session Information:

Students in in Secondary ELAR Classes (grades 6-12) need different styles of instruction to master the reading for comprehension.  In this workshop, teachers will be given the tools and the experience to take students through a Reading Stations or a Reading Workshop style of instruction.  

Time will be taken to experience the process, discuss the process and then make it your own through brainstorming.
