Title III ELA: I'm ESL Certified, Now What?



What does being ESL certified really mean and how can you make a difference in your classroom and support EL achievement?  This workshop will cover some of the basics of sheltered instruction and help you understand that it is more than "good teaching", but necessary for ELs to achieve academic success .Participants will have the opportunity to enhance instruction by delivering comprehensible content critical for English learners and promote academic language development and deeper content understanding.
