T-TESS Appraiser Refresher Training and Goal-Setting



This session will explore common pitfalls discovered during the first full year of T-TESS implementation as well as allow participants to reflect on their own practice to improve appraisal efforts in year two. The day will be steeped in growth mindset around teacher and leader goals.

Important Session Information:


If you completed T-TESS training for appraisers in 2016 or later, you will need to take the certification test again this year. Come "re-up" with the rubric and practice calibration before your test. We will also revisit your campus vision and goal-setting during this session so that you are ready to complete you portion of the T-PESS appraisal for your own evaluation. We can do the coaching piece of T-TESS better, and this day will advance your ability in that area. Don't miss it!
