CISER: Elementary Earth Science Traveling Lab
Presenter: Heather Coats



Engage students in learning about the earth! Students will learn about the properties of soils, explore the rock cycle and landform formation through hands-on activities, and make informed decisions about sedimentation. Students witness erosion and deposition of minerals first hand on a class-size stream table. Materials included in the kit include soils, sedimentary tubes, sieves, and more! The lab will address standards cover in grades 3 – 5.
