Effective Writing Instruction in Grades 3-5

Writing Instruction should be an integral part of reading and language arts instruction.  Better writers are better readers; skills in both areas are dependent on the mastery of language.  In this session we will review instructional techniques to support the phases of the writing process, as well as address the content and format of effective writing instruction.
