Bilingual/ESL: 2017-18 TELPAS Foundation Awareness



This training will give assigned TELPAS raters a foundation awareness of the ELPS and PLDs. Proficiency level descriptors will play an important role throughout the year for students to show progress in the spring. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of TELPAS and its components:  when it was implemented, why we test, who we test and much more.
