Explore Robotics
A Rookie's Introduction!

Learn about the different robotics programs schools can integrate into their programs of study.

Important Session Information:

Texas Tech University's Whitacre College of Engineering sponsors a variety of Robotics programs for students of all ages. Come learn about the programs offered, how your school can become involved and resources to get started. What better way to learn about robotics than to participate in hands-on robotics activities led by TTU Robotics program facilitators? This session is designed for "rookies" in robotics - educators new to robotics, those looking to bring a program to your school or those wanting to grow a beginning program.

NOTE: This workshop is concurrently serving as day 2 of the TEA STEM Teacher training and will be held in the Science Lab at ESC-17 South Conference Center from 9am-4pm. If you are interested in the two-day TEA STEM Teacher training, please register for workshop ID: 1014339.

A follow-up workshop will be offered for Advanced Robotics training on July 18 (workshop ID: 1016066)
