Tool Kit for Payroll



This workshop will focus on resources to assist school district personnel in the preparation and verification of payroll. A detailed checklist will be provided including many of the important verifications necessary to ensure an accurate payroll is completed. Participants will see how review of payroll data entry will improve efficiency and accuracy of payroll. Participants will also discuss best practices when communicating on payroll matters to employees to ensure records reflect proper authorization and documentation. This workshop is certain to help participants work more effectively in performing their payroll duties.
