Region 17 and South Plains College Culinary Arts Program are hosting the following workshop for culinary arts teachers. The workshop will be presented by SPC Culinary instructors. Lunch will be provided.
9:00AM – 12:30PM: Composition and Methodology of classic Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs) and Patatas Bravas (Spanish Crispy Potatoes) (Hands on Skill)
12:30PM – 4:00PM: Composition and Methodology of Spanish Paella and Savory Chorizo and Cheese Empanadas (Hands on Skill)
