Back to Basics: Using Fundamentals of Behavior Management for Tier 3 Behaviors

Managing behavior is reported to be one of the biggest sources of stress for teachers and
other educational professionals. While there are many approaches and methods to handle discipline and behavior in schools, the successful ones all share many of the same characteristics. The focus of this training will be on introducing and describing how to implement those elements across different kinds of classrooms. The emphasis will be on practical considerations for how to use a handful of simple, powerful, evidence-based tools and techniques to help create a positive, proactive, and engaged classroom environment.
