TEKS Resource System
A General Overview for those new to TEKS Resource System.



An Introduction to the Components.

Important Session Information:


This session is designed so that each mini-session can be conducted within the time frame of a PLC period. A video will be shared with registrants and a short response will be submitted for credit. Participants will be introduced to the TEKS Resource System, component by component. Through watching a model and then pausing for exploration and discussion with their PLC, educators will come to understand how to use the many tools each component possesses to guide their instruction, plan their assessments, and become better instructors. This introduction will be made up of mini-sessions: - Vertical Alignment - TEKS Clarification and Enhanced TEKS Clarification (Math) - Year At a Glance - TEKS Verification - Resources - Instructional Focus Document - Assessment Center
