Recognizing Reimbursable Meals: Breakfast and Lunch OVS
2023 School Nutrition Summer Workshop



This session will cover a series of topics - learning and implementing the meal patterns for the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program, identifying reimbursable meals for all age/grade groups, and understanding Offer vs. Serve.

Target Audience: Cashiers, Serving Line Staff, CN Directors, and Managers
