Come join us virtually to learn and collaborate during short presentations about all things AAC (augmentative and alternative communication).

Important Session Information:

This session will cover the funding and evaluation process for a medically necessary speech generating device (SGD) that is being funded by Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare military insurance, and/or private insurance. We will review of the role of the speech-language pathologist and evaluation team members and then discuss common funding sources, completing and writing a medically based SGD evaluation, and submitting the paperwork.
