In the federal school nutrition programs, the price charged for adult (non-program) meals must be greater than the total amount of reimbursement received for a free meal plus any other supplemental payments received by the CE.
This session will give a brief overview of adult meal price guidance, including flexibilities for the 22-23 school year, and review the rates and calculations for both Method 1 and Method 2 pricing formulas.
