Orientation provides teachers with an understanding of T-TESS, its components, key staff roles and responsibilities, information and resources available during implementation, where to seek assistance, and how to write goals and professional development plans. Teachers will become familiar with the T-TESS processes for conducting and participating in teacher evaluation and growth.
During this session, we will take a deep dive into the T-TESS rubric so teachers get a clear understanding of what is required at each level of proficiency within the T-TESS domains.
