The goal of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) is to provide a clear vision for what districts and schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all Texas students. The ESF provides the basis for school diagnostics and for aligning resources and support to the needs of each school. Join us to learn about 7 prioritized levers, essential actions, and key practices that will lead to continuous school improvement. We will do a deep dive into:

  • Strong School Leadership and Planning
  • Strategic Staffing
  • Positive School Culture
  • High-Quality Instructional Materials and Assessments
  • Effective Instruction
    •  Effective classroom routines and instructional strategies
    • Data driven instruction
