Budget Planning and Review



This session will be a discussion focused on the budget process for school districts. Presenters will review best practices for developing a budget including the planning, review, and adoption processes involved. Participants will be provided a checklist to guide them through the process including examples to demonstrate concepts covered. Participants will be encouraged to share ideas of what has served them well and ask questions throughout the presentation.
