Working Safe, Food Safety in Schools, and Health Inspections
2022 School Nutrition Summer Workshop



A safe working environment is critical to the integrity of a school nutrition program.  Safe working practices, along with a basic overview of HACCP principles wil be covered.  A Health inspector will also provide information regarding  health inspections in schools.
