GT 30 Hour Seminar Series - Day 2 - Identification & Assessment of the Gifted



This is day two of a five-day, 30-hour training series designed to qualify teachers to work with GT students.  On this day, participants will learn about the state requirements and various procedures and instruments used for identifying GT students.

Participants should have taken Day 1, Nature and Needs of the Gifted, prior to attending this session. This session is an introductory course and CANNOT be used as a GT update.


Important Session Information:


This session fulfills requirements for Day 2 of the 5-day foundations training for teachers of the gifted and talented: Identification and Assessment of the Gifted. It is designed to be part of the entire 30-hour training mandated by Texas Administrative Code and should not be used as a 6-hour GT update.
